1. Booking Your Clean
All bookings must be made through our website — this keeps everything secure, organised, and ensures your preferred date is reserved.
Pre-payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot.
Once payment has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings if information is incomplete, payment fails, or if we’re unable to service your area.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe when you book online.
We do not store or have access to your card details — Stripe handles all payment data safely.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include GST, as Bloom Car Seat Cleaning is not currently registered for GST.
3. Pick-Up + Drop-Off

Pick-up: between 6–7pm on your booked date.

Drop-off: by 7:30am the following morning.

Please leave your car seat in a safe, accessible location by your front door.

Free pick-up + drop-off apply to suburbs listed on our website.

A $15 travel fee applies for suburbs outside our listed service area.

Missed collections (where the seat is not left out for pick-up) will incur a $15 travel fee to cover travel costs.

Bloom Car Seat Cleaning is not responsible for items left inside the car seat or for damage caused by unsecured items during collection or delivery.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand life happens.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $20 late cancellation fee.
5. Cleaning Process

Every seat is cleaned according to the manufacturer’s guidelines using gentle, non-toxic, baby-safe products.

While we do our best to remove all stains, some (like sunscreen, oil, texta, or mould) may not fully lift.

If mould is present, it will be treated safely, but we cannot guarantee it won’t return.

We do not install or reinstall car seats — please ensure they are removed prior to collection.
6. Refunds
Refunds are available if:

We’re unable to complete your service due to circumstances on our end; or
-
You cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice.
Refunds are not available for:
-
Change of mind after service completion; or
-
Missed pick-ups where the seat was not accessible.
7. Referral Program
Refer a friend and you’ll both receive 25% off your next clean!
The discount is applied once your referral completes a booking and must be used within 6 months.
8. Liability
While every care is taken during transport and cleaning, Bloom Car Seat Cleaning is not liable for:

Pre-existing wear, damage, or structural issues.

Fading, discolouration, or manufacturer defects.

Incorrect car seat reinstallation after cleaning.
9. Marketing Communication
By making a booking, you consent to receiving email and SMS updates about your booking.
With your consent, we may also send promotional offers or updates.
You can unsubscribe anytime by replying STOP or clicking unsubscribe in emails.
